Privacy Policy:

Unique Designs by PG will collect your personal information such as your name, title, address, telephone number, or email address that you voluntarily provide through our website or in-person sales. WE keep this information for marketing services only. We need this information to be able to email you discounts, coupons, and give you the latest information on our new arrivals and restocks! 

Shipping Policy:

The time I need to prepare varies depending on order. Items that are listed ready for purchase will be available to ship within 1-3 business days. Items that are customized will be 2-7 business days. If there is a large order then it will vary.

Shipping rates depend on the total number of items purchased and weighed together. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Unique Designs by PG is NOT responsible for lost items due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, please check and DOUBLE check your shipping address. If you need to triple check then go for it! (It has personally happened to me before🤫)

In the event your item is returned to me, it will cost to re-ship again and you will be charged again shipping fees to resend your order. So pleaseeee double check your shipping address. 

Return Policy:

Please contact me ASAP if you are unhappy with your items, I want to make sure all my customers are happy and I will strive to meet high standards.

 Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect with your items and within 5 days of delivery. Promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

Please make sure to choose and communicate proper measurements and/or requests for custom pieces so they can be to your liking.We will not accept returns on custom orders. Customs orders/Sales are ALL final.

Items returned MUST be in an unused state, same as they left my shop.Returns will not be accepted if they are used and show wear and/or unable to resell.

Return shipping costs are not refunded and covered by the buyer. 

 

How to care of your Unique Designs by PG pieces?

We recommend avoid wearing in the shower, pool, or ocean. Prevent contact with perfumes and lotions. Keep your jewelry in clear plastic bag/pouch to help prevent your items to tarnish. Remember your jewelry is always last on, first off. With stretch bracelets do not over pull the bracelet, just simply slide your hand in and it will help keep the stretch last longer.
