The time I need to prepare varies depending on order. Items that are listed ready for purchase will be available to ship within 1-3 business days. Items that are customized will be 2-7 business days. If there is a large order then it will vary.

Shipping rates depend on the total number of items purchased and weighed together. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

PG Designs is NOT responsible for lost items due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, please check and DOUBLE check your shipping address. If you need to triple check then go for it! (It has personally happened to me before🤫)

In the event your item is returned to me, it will cost to re-ship again and you will be charged again shipping fees to resend your order. So pleaseeee double check your shipping address.
