Please contact me ASAP if you are unhappy with your items, I want to make sure all my customers are happy and I will strive to meet high standards.
Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect with your items and within 5 days of delivery. Promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Store credit will be issued, no cash value returned.
Please make sure to choose and communicate proper measurements and/or requests for custom pieces so they can be to your liking. We will not accept returns on custom orders. Customs orders/Sales are ALL final.
Items returned MUST be in an unused state, same as they left my shop. Returns will not be accepted if they are used and show wear and/or unable to resell. As stated above we will only give store credit as a return.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and initial shipping costs.
The credit granted by the store has one year before expiration.
